At about 16:40 on June 13, a tanker truck exploded on the highway near Liangshan Village, Daxi Town, Wenling City, G15 Shenhai Expressway, causing the collapse of surrounding houses and factories, causing casualties and property losses.

According to the relevant person in charge of the Emergency Management Department, after preliminary verification, as of 10 o'clock on the 14th, the accident had caused 19 deaths and 172 injuries, and the wounded had been sent to hospital for treatment. At present, the search and rescue of the trapped persons, the investigation of the specific cause of the accident, and the treatment of the wounded are in progress.
